At Meena Bazaar, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your ethnic wear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags for a valid return.

Return Process

  Log into your Meena Bazaar account and select the 'Return/Exchange' option next to your order, or contact our customer support team with your order ID.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the garment securely in its original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check before picking up the item from your doorstep.

  Processing Return

  Once the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a thorough quality check by our textile experts to ensure it meets our resale standards.

  Refund or Exchange

  Upon successful inspection, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
